Job Overview
We are looking for a result-driven Lead Generator / Business Development Manager (BDM) to identify potential clients and generate business for our Academic Content Writing services. The candidate will be responsible for finding leads, reaching out to prospective clients, and converting them into long-term business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads for academic writing services through online platforms, email outreach, and social media.
- Research and target potential clients such as students, universities, educational consultants, and agencies.
- Initiate contact via email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, freelancing platforms, and other lead sources.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Communicate service offerings and convert qualified leads into paying clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Coordinate with the content writing and operations team to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and revenue targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, sales, or business development (preferably in academic writing or digital services).
- Strong communication and client handling skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and freelancing platforms.
- Ability to research and identify international client opportunities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in academic writing industry or educational services.
- Experience working with international clients (UK, US, Australia, Canada).
- Understanding of academic formats (APA, MLA, Harvard, etc.) is a plus.

- Fixed salary + Attractive commission on converted leads
